I was approached by leadership training company Trimodus to create the brand identity for their performance coaching course, Game Changer, and to provide them with assets including infographics, PowerPoint templates, brand guidelines and motion graphics.
The Game Changer brand should reflect the personal and professional values of the participants. They seek to grow and develop and have a desire to create real change in their workplace. Being a member of the Game Changer tribe is aspirational, so the brand must reflect the entrepreneurial spirit and fire in the belly of the participants; inspiring them to exceed their own expectations of themselves.
Game Changer participants should feel that they have access to an extra set of ‘power-ups’ which enable them to succeed. They are embarking on a journey - the Game Changer Programme needs to show them that they can trust us to take them to their destination. The emphasis is not on on winning, but progressing towards an end goal and meeting personal targets.
I played with colour gradients which suggest movement and change and circular progress bars (to suggest ongoing evolution rather than immediate success) which fill up with power as each new level is reached. Game Changer participants have a spark of brilliance - we can show that energy using small, strategically placed pops of bright, almost neon, colour.
